What types of events do you plan

We plan social, private, and select corporate events across Southern California, including weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, milestone celebrations, and brand gatherings. Our focus is creating experiences that feel intentional, calm, and well-run.

What areas do you serve

We are based in Los Angeles and regularly work throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, Riverside, and San Diego. Travel outside these areas may include a small additional fee.

Do you offer custom packages

Yes. Every proposal is customized based on your event type, hours, locations, and goals. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all packages or unnecessary add-ons.

Process
How far in advance should I book

Weddings and large milestone events are best booked 8 to 12 months in advance. Smaller social and brand events are typically booked 3 to 6 months ahead. We occasionally accept last-minute projects depending on availability.

What happens after I submit the contact form

Once we receive your inquiry, we review availability and follow up with next steps. This may include a few clarifying questions, a call, or a written proposal depending on your needs.

Do you offer payment plans or deposits

Yes. A retainer is required to reserve your date, and the remaining balance is typically split into manageable payments leading up to the event. All terms are clearly outlined before you book.

Do you offer photo and video coverage

Yes. We offer professional photography, video, and drone coverage that can be booked on its own or alongside event planning. You can view examples on our media page.

Do you help with design, décor, or rentals

We assist with layout planning, design direction, and vendor coordination so everything feels cohesive. This can include florals, lighting, furniture rentals, and styling support.

Can I use my own vendors

Absolutely. If you already have vendors booked, we are happy to coordinate with them so everyone is aligned and working from the same timeline.

Pricing and extras
What is your pricing range

Pricing depends on the size and scope of your event. Smaller services typically start in the mid-hundreds, while full planning or production can be several thousand. After learning more about your event, we will send a clear proposal with options that fit your priorities.

Do you help with gifting or guest favors
