Is the gift cost included in the concierge fee? +
No. The concierge fee covers curation and coordination. Gift costs are approved separately before purchase.
What if I do not know the budget yet? +
That is fine. We can recommend options at a few levels so you can decide what feels right.
Can you work with a tight timeline? +
Often, yes. If timing matters, share the date and we will confirm what is possible before proceeding.
Do you offer rush service? +
Yes, when availability allows. Rush timelines and fees are confirmed in advance.

Where do you source gifts from? +
We source based on what fits the person and the moment. In Los Angeles, this includes boutiques and makers across Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Melrose, the Arts District, and the DTLA Jewelry District. We also source beyond LA when the right gift is elsewhere.
Can I request LA-only gifts or a specific neighborhood? +
Yes. If you prefer local sourcing or a specific area, note that in your request.
Do you deliver or ship? +
Yes. Pickup, local delivery, and shipping are available depending on the gift and destination.
Can you include wrapping or a card? +
Yes. We can handle wrapping, presentation, and a handwritten note when appropriate.
